There are no production date restrictions for films.

Short Films must not exceed 40 minutes.

New York premiere is preferred for our annual screening but not required.

Participants are responsible for their content and copyright issues.

The films must have English subtitles if the original language is not English.

We may promote official selections and nominees on social media and various platforms using provided press kits.
